I've had both....they usually signal a urinary tract infection or kidney infection, which should be confirmed and treated by an MD as both can leave scarring on the kidneys if left untreated and compromise kidney health.

I am sure many females have had blood and protien in their urine, this usually happens if you have a bad bladder infection. It can also happen in uncontrolled diabetes, and will also show up if you are on your period when the specimen was obtained.

I cant say that I have but this isnt healthy you should go see your gyno it could be an std
