Whey protein is by far the best supplement to build muscle. It digests quickly, making it ideal to drink after any exercise. It mixes well with water or my favorite milk. Try taking this twice a day. Once after a workout and one in the morning when you wake.
Whey protein is very inexpensive. You can find it all over the internet. I buy mine at Wal-Mart. I like the chocolate flavor by 5 star.

You need a lot of proteins to build new cells in your case muscles, .. i assume you are exercising and training? if so, while you are exercising you are actually "breaking" the fat cells so in turn you need to replenish your body with proteins so that muscles are formed instead of fat. There are vitamins and supplements which you can take for after exercise.
*I may have used some incorrect terms or something but dont butcher me...im 14 and if you can help please try to answer some of my questions, thanks..

Eat a lot of protein such as: boneless skinless chicken breast, steak, beef, and more healthy things that are in the protein group. Try looking at the food pyramid.

i think what you mean is drinks or food that build you more muscle mass.. there is NONE!!!
you need to shred the muscles then eat.
but chicken... tuna(not to much .. the sea is loaded with crap), ...
and i think what yo might be loking for is ISOPURE
look it up at GNC.. i got good gains with it, but then again i worked out and lifted weights
you wont build muscles unless you have a good work out routine
