He has stayed w/ my spouse, 18 yr old son on and off for past 20 yrs. Has been through 2 60 day treatment programs this year alone. Has worked on getting a a "good" job for over 2 mos. When he finally gets it, he relapses and screws it up. Our father, as well as his sponsor at AA both think he needs to be commited for at least 6 mos to a year. After a 6 day binge, he is willing to seek add'l help, but problem seems to always come up after he spends 2 mos. trying to get a job that once he gets it, he starts a binge, which is precisely what just happened. My husband no longer wants him to stay w/ us, he has no home, needs further treatment. I have researched what it takes to commit someone, but since he is willing to go for treatment, not an issue. Our dad thinks we can commit him and then we be the one to judge when he can be released. I have been his #1 enabler, but NO MORE. How to explain to dad this is not how commitment works? Can print out variety of research. HELP PLEASE!!

In an operative report:

"SURGICAL FINDINGS: There is a 1 cm diameter ulcer sinus track in the central part of the right forefoot. There is an ulceration of approximately 6 cm in diameter beneath the medial cuneiform. The forefoot is indurated and erythematous. There is kaylor."

And in a request for consultation, same patient, diabetic:
"There is erythema, induration, and kaylor to the right forefoot."

I can't figure what (sounds like) "kalor" is supposed to be. Please help! This is one of my final transcriptions for MT school. Thanks.

Ok, I am in the 8th grade, and I told my mom that I feel "weird" when I change my pad at school..... you know, all the noise it makes, and the process of wrapping it up and all that, It makes me feel funny while I'm doing it..... so suggested that I am ready for a tampon, but she said it can cause infections and all that..... so if you all can tell me what should I do while using a tampon and what I shouldn't do..... Thank u! O yea, and do a tampon hold less blood than a pad?

Okay, Im heavily active in martial arts. We had a recent belt test, and my instructors yelled that i was out of shape. Let me tell you what we had to do.

Run 5 miles
500 pushups (sets of 30)
700 crunches (sets of 50)
400 jumping jacks
200 leg lifts
and a variety of other excercises including all my forms and 30 minutes of non stop, drag down fighting. I did awesome until the leg lifts, then regained my second wind for the fighting. Am i out of shape????

To the 2 people who gave me a sick answer to my question above. The answer I got from you morons related to Steve Irwin and his wife. How sick in the mind can people be? Have you any respect at all for that guys poor young wife and kids? Steve was a gentleman who wouldnt hurt anyone or anything. You both are so brave hiding behind your pc, what would you say or do if I spoke the same way of your mother, children or anyone that you love, if you have any heart. If I were you I would pray to God for forgiveness. One thing for sure, you both are destined to live in hell for all eternity.

my current boyfriend was drunk one night and my ex-husband ( his cusin) was taking him home . well the roads were wet and he was speeding and a deer ran out in front of them. My ex swerved to miss the deer and lost control of the truck and hit a tree and got killed. my boyfriend now blames himself and wishes it was him who would've died and is really depresses. My ex husbands mom tells the guy that it is his fault and that he killed her son. My boyfriend is really emotional about all this . we have only been dating for aweek but have known each other for years . the accident only happened about 7 months ago and i'm afraid that my boyfriend is going to loose this battle with depression . i don't think he will go to counsling for it and i really want to help him . he makes my life feel whole again and my son likes him alot too. I really want to know what i can do to help im over come this so he can be happy again.

My live-in boyfriend jokes with me about my weight...and if I get hurt or upset he says "what I can't even joke around with you?" I have always had a weight problem...it is the one thing I wish NO ONE would joke with me about. He got online this morning and there was a picture of a girl on the home page and he said "she's pretty, she's always been pretty, I wish you looked like her." He said this jokingly....so I stabbed back and called him by my ex-husbands name, cause my ex used to do that to me. And my b/f responded by saying "what? it's not my fault you are a body double for Rosanne Barr." If the ECG report tells the heart beat is a bit slow, does it mean I have a weak heart and tend to have a heart attack? When placing toothbrushes, tooth paste in the tooth paste dispenser, after few weeks or months, it starts to smell. Any house hold remedies? I guess since it gets wet and allergies gets build up.

I have an ovarian cyst and my doctor gave me estrogen to try and dissolve it. Ever since I have been taking the meds. I have experienced severe abdominal cramps and bright red bleeding. Im a 15 year old girl. I got my period when I was 13. I had no boobs in 8th grade but grew to a size C during the summer and 9th grade school year. Im in 10th grade now and am a size D.
