best method (I use it too) is soda! It doesn't attac your teeth like the whitening toothpaste through peeling, neither is it as harmful as the stripes with hydrogen stuff on them. Still, it takes some 2-3 weeks.

Try 'White Light' I bought it on a commercial about 8 months ago ,Its just light with hydrogen peroxide gel. In 3 days I noticed a significant difference after a few weeks they were as white as a dentist could get them , Now you can buy the same product at Wal-mart cheap . I got mine for around 29.00 buy one get on free ,You can't go wrong . I tried all the rest of the scam products this one actually works and its cheap

Baking soda and peroxide. Be sure not to swallow the peroxide. I personally read up on some home remedies and they say strawberries whiten teath, Of course its not over night but I found results.

Well, you need a very good toothpaste...if you don't know exactly what toothpaste to choose, just ask your dentist...

I know at Wall Mart and some other stores you can buy these whitestrips.... try them! i think there colgate!
