I'm 24, male, and suffer from extremely red and itchy dry skin on my face, particularly my forehead and just beneath my eyes. I've found that using a lot of moisturiser can help a bit, but nothing seems to make it go away completely. I don't eat meat - though I still eat fish, and use vitamin suppliments. Any suggestions?

behavior that is emotionally and mentally unhealthy for themselves?

for example, staying in an abusive relationship where you are used for your money but yet not good enough in any other area of your life?

I know a couple of people like this and it is beyond my realm of conprehension as to why they would stay like this.............when they are fully aware they have a choice.

I am looking for the omega 6 supplement but could only find the evening primrose oil at the nutrition stores. It seems like it's the only source of omega 6 available on the market. However, EPO seems to be primarily for women. Is there any issues with men taking it?
