If your friend's stool is normal, then he is digesting his food. If he has to pass stool immediately after a meal, then that is his bowel pattern. The stool he passes after a meal is not the meal he has just eaten. What is the problem?

Its stress, something is bothering him and instead of showing his anger or hurt he is internalizing it, he has sent the stressor to his stomach. I didn't think I did it either.

I had the same thing for a few weeks, my dr ran tests to see if I was glutton intolerant. When the bloodwork came back fine he sent to a GI doctor.......they both said it might just be stress....I would eat and five minutes later be in the bathroom.....well let me tell ya, there is nothing like seeing a disgusting little doctor lusting after you and literally just wanting to get up your as* to make you fix the problem on your own. This dr said it was probably just stress but wanted to schedule a more thorough exam.....I am like, no thats ok.......

I looked at things I was going through to see what had me stressed or upset. I had this friend I wasn't really sure was a friend. She and her husband were adopting but only wanted my husbands testimonial.....after all I had been a single mom...didn't matter that he got me that way! She also was rather mean to another friend whom I had never found to be annoying...then she lied about a special event and told her it was cancelled when it wasn't.....when I found out what she had done I knew it was the tension I had been feeling....it immediately stopped.

My digestive system went back to normal almost immediately. So find out what is really bothering him, talk about it, cry about it, destroy something.....whatever, just so he can get it out and get past it. I am sure he knows something thats bothering him, all he has to do is tell his body its not acceptable how its dealing with it and he can fix the issue on his own.

Tell him to go see a doctor and get checked out...Only a doctor can answer this question.
