Also, how do they test you to see if your dehydrated?

water absorbsion occurs in the colon. symptoms of dehydration are sunken eyes, dry cracked lips, poor skin turgor, confusion, dark concentrated urine, abnormal blood work. drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.
