Chromium Picolinate 200 mcgms one morning-one night-daily
Niacian(full flush kind-not hex)500 mgs morn-night 2 wks-daily
Zinc Picolinate 50 mgs one daily
Flax seed oil softgels 1000 mgs-one morn-one night

After two weeks, cut the niacin to ONE 500 mgs a day

HEY-By the way, when you add the prices of all of these up-they are cheaper per month than your insurance drugs for acne would cost BY FAR ;)

Use Oxy Benzonyl Peroxide, not the maximum, but the mild strength. The mild and maximum have the same effectiveness, except the maximum strength dries the skin. The key to getting rid of acne is not the product, it is patience and persistence, use it at least twice a day every day for months.

Oh no!!! dont use clearisil- its awful. I suggest that you have a facial once a month- let the therapist advise you on products for your skin and listen attentively. trust me this is the best way forward for problem skin... goodluck anyway.

I think the ST. Ives because it gives you smooth and refreshing face when you use it. JUst be patient to it. Acne doesn't last quickly. once again just be patient and you'll see!!!
