If you are symptom free then I would not worry about it, but otherwise if you have symptoms of gout then follow the directions of your doctor and make appropriate diet changes - especially staying away from beef. You might find the information on this site helpful:

Your doctor should be able to tell you what dietary things to do. As well as, there are medications that help control uric acid. High levels can cause kidney stones and gout (a painful form of arthritis that often settles in the big toe). I have heard that cutting back on meat in your diet can help, but I believe there is a list of foods that should be avoided. Good Luck. :)

If you are worried about your uric acid level and the possibilty of gout, avoid certain foods. Poultry, for example, has high levels of uric acid. If your doctor thinks you need to lower your uric acid level, he or she may prescribe allopurinal, which will help keep gout at bay. But diet is very important.

No sir. It will not effect your blood report. Not just report, it does not effect your blood. Masturbation is good for health. Not only is it physically healthy but Isn't it incredible that one of God's most beautiful gifts, masturbation, is held in such contempt by those who wear their religion on their arm. No one has ever become pregnant, impregnated someone, become diseased, or been physically harmed because of the act. I'd like to meet the person who has passed puberty without ever doing it. So just enjoy it and now yahoo all of a sudden thinks, I got punctuations.
