There is nothing you can do or take to increase your height. You only want two more inches. I stopped fully growing when I was around 19 or so , so you should just relax and face the the fact that whether you're 4''9 or 5''1 you will always be small and thats pretty cool !!! Main thing is that you're healthy !!

Good Luck !!

You cant sweetie!!!! Hight is genetic!!! Dont be ashamed of being short. Im 5 feet tall and am 29 with a 10 year old son close to my height. Being short is not a bad thing at all. work out a bit and build up your body mass if your height makes you feel small, putting some muscular bulk (not alot or youd look funny) on helped me feel better about being short. Short ppl can do everything tall ppl can do, cept touch the ceiling without a chair.

Height is a genetic thing. There is nothing you can do but wait and see what happens. If you are female, you probably will not get any taller but if you are male you may attain a few more inches as males don't stop growing until around the age of 28.

sweetheart, if your 17, most of your growth plates may have already closed. I would recommend that you work on posture to improve the visual notion of being taller. Stretch ALL the time! and sure to not skimp on nutrients like calcium, zinc, and magnesium.
