When placing toothbrushes, tooth paste in the tooth paste dispenser, after few weeks or months, it starts to smell. Any house hold remedies? I guess since it gets wet and allergies gets build up.

Use the toothpaste right out of the tube; don't put it in a dispenser. Change toothbrushes once a month. Clean the toothbrush holder frequently with Lysol spray or some other bacteria killing spray.

Make a slurry of 9 parts H2O and 1 part Baking Soda. Keep them immersed in that and change bi-monthly.
