I think for the first time I've finally found what the problem is with me, I've had anxiety and depression for 8 years now but always felt like neither of those diagnosis fit the bill for me. A few weeks ago I was killing time and filled one of those mental health questionairs and the results came back that I may be suffering from BPD, I didn't think much of it at the time. Today I decided to look it up and couldn't believe how many of the symptoms I have, from what I read it's not easily treatable which explains why none of the treatment options I've tried for Anxiety and Depression have worked for me.

I'm interested to hear from other people who suffer from this and where to get the best information on the subject.

This is if I continue to eat normally. I'm not allowed any type of strenuous exercise.

I'm 33 years old and am noticing some tiny lines around my eyes and I don't like this new discovery. If only I had $30 for wrinkle cream, but I do not so, is there anything else that I can try to keep my skin young and beautiful looking without spending a fortune?

i'm tired of breathing
i'm tired of living
i'm tired of looking at myself in the mirror
i'm tired of these thoughts.

i can't seem to control the ways i vent.
can't control the thoughts of death that linger on my mind.
i'm close
close to ending it
i'm looking for something, someone
anything left to hold onto.

i don't know what to do.
or what to say..
...i'm just tired.

Is it safe to eat frozen spinach or is it still possible to get E-coli?

It doesn't matter what I do, how much sleep I get, or how much I try to relax, I can't seem to shake this constant feeling of tenseness, even anxiety sometimes, and I'm almost ALWAYS tired.

Sometimes I think I'm tired because I'm just bored, or because I'm stressed from work. But it just never goes away, regardless of what I do to relax. I go to bed early and sleep late, when I can - or I go to bed early and get up early ... and I'm still tired either way.

In the past, I've had problems with depression, and social anxieties, and probably ADD also (but who doesn't think they have ADD?) ... this continued sense of pressure could be a result of all that.

It just feels like a weight on my chest all the time ... like my muscles are tense and my mind is always racing with vivid thoughts that keep me up at night.

It could be my diet, I suppose, but I'm not that badly out of shape. I'm probably average, I think.
How can I finally relax - short of medicating myself into a coma?

I had a full STD test and came back negative for everything except HSV 1 and HSV 2. I knew I had HSV 1 cold sores etc however the HSV 2 blood test came as a shock. The office said that the blood tests only show that I may have come in contact with HSV 1 and 2 not that i necessarily have it.

Anyway - I've had a great deal of itching in the groin/scrotum and the doctor examined and said it was eczema - not an STD. Who do I believe now after the tests came back positive for HSV 2.

My girlfriend has HSV 1 - maybe HSV 2 -- i don't feel like asking her if she has it. Anyone know how reliable the blood test is if I don't have any blisters, puss, warts or pain other than than rash in the groin. I"m on antibiotic cream now - hoping this will go away or am I a Herpes guy for life now...Thanks.

ok look if ur gonna leave smart *** comments, dont comment!! Ive had this problem for a couple of years now and it really pisses me off. I went to my doctor and he prescribed me some nasal spray because i have nasal congestion and post nasal drip. It didnt work. So i got refered to an ENT, he said nothing is wrong its just the lining of my nose it gets inflamed, thats why i get the stuffy nose. He prescribed me flonase and also said for me to use a salin spray for my post nasl drip. OK back to the main problem, my breath is just bad. I always feel like somethin is on the back of my tounge, like a bad smell in the back of my mouth. I dont even need to talk and it stinks. I tried everything. I scraped my tongue, i used mouthwash, i floss, i used peroxide, therabreath, profresh,. I just need some other suggestions.

I hated Fitness RX... it has so much fluff and the models on there have no 'fitness' look whatsoever. They are super skinny. I'd like to see something similar to a man's magazine... lots of workout and menu designs!! no fluff!!

I have a pain in my right foot between the forth and pinky toes.

When I press on the top of my foot near these toes it hurts. I limp when i walk because it hurts and its a contant pain that doesnt go away

. For some reason it hurts more when I am sitting down for a long period and then I stand up.

The pain is relieved briefly when I soak my foot in hot water but it only lasts an hour maybe at the most and then the pain comes back

Anyone know what it could be?

I'm also curious to try this combination for anxiety during the day. I have a new job now as a server in a busy restaurant and I stay stressed out. I think I'd do much better taking a doctor prescribed anti-anxiety pill such as ativan, but I fear becoming addicted to synthetic drugs. I would truly appreciate any advice on this.
