we think she is using and we know that her husband is a heroin addict but she still passes drug tests for jobs .so is it out of her system within 24 hours or could she really be clean they also have a 5 year old lose there jobs allot and steal from everyone and hawk everything they and they're daughter owns is there some way to know for sure that she is using.( I have been around allot of tweekers so I know how they act and I am about 95% sure she is doing it )any suggestions would be helpful

I think i may have diabetes but im not sure, i used to pass out when I was younger because of heat. Now I get light headed regardless of the temperature. I was getting my hair cut today and almost passed out.

Okay, it doesn't really hurt or anything, but theres a hard, boney lump in my left hand that moves when I move my fingers. It's right below my ring and middle finger. No it's not the bone, because it doesn't feel at all like my other hand. It's been there for, like, two months now.

I've always started my periods heavy right of the bat. This time I've only had a little spotting, sort of brown in color... Me and my husband have been trying to make a baby the past 2 months now, we have one daughter already. Could this spotting mabey indicate that I'm pregnant or what is it?

Everytime my cycle comes around I suffer through violent cramps, nausea, loose bowels, fatigue, and vomiting. (Just about every symptom with primary dysmenorrhea).
Common cures are oral contraceptives and NSAIDs. Unfortunately, vomiting is guaranteed and if I attempt to take anything orally; medicine, food, even water - It will eventually come back up.
I refuse to take oral contraceptives to fix this problem, I would rather not take NSAIDs.
So I am searching online for possible cures or suggestions or even places to turn to find voices to communicate to with this problem.
Ideally, I'd like to hear perhaps diet suggestions and natural remedies.
I am a very active person, so increasing my physical activity hasn't been successful and when the symptoms come on, I am not able to move much, with a high sensitivity to smells and sounds and I simply try to sleep.
Any help or suggestions - I thank you all much.

Is it possible to get a cramp? I am 35, in great shape, I eat well and exercise but sometimes I get a really sharp pinch sensation in the middle of my chest and sometimes a little more to the left. It really hurt for a couple of seconds. I almost knock the wind out of me. And it goes away. It's doesn't feel like stomach or lungs. What could it be?

Am I the only one who has dreams that are so apparently totally unrelated to my life that I sometimes feel I have intercepted an external transmission intended for someone else! It is sometimes like I have just wandered randomly into a cinema without previously deciding on what I want to watch. On occassions I am quite impressed by what I dream and wish I could "capture" it and make a movie out of it. It's OK - you can tell me I'm nuts.

I take my showers at night, it's just easier for me that way plus I am a dental assistant so I feel like I should wash my hair before bed with having my head over patients mouths all day with stuff spraying out..anyways but then I like to work out in the morning, because by the time I get home from work some days not until almost 8pm, and get my daughter who's almost 2 ready for bed, it's just too much to do and still get to bed at a decent time, ok so my question is, if I take showers at night, then work out in the morning , maybe sweat a little , but just maybe wipe off with a baby wipe or something, is that ok?
