Okay, it doesn't really hurt or anything, but theres a hard, boney lump in my left hand that moves when I move my fingers. It's right below my ring and middle finger. No it's not the bone, because it doesn't feel at all like my other hand. It's been there for, like, two months now.

It's most likely a ganglion cyst.
ganglion cyst (also known as a bible bump) is a swelling that often appears on or around joints and tendons in the hand (or sometimes feet). The size of the cyst can vary over time, often becoming more inflamed if irritated. It is most frequently located around the wrist and on the fingers.
They're relatively harmless so I wouldn't worry too much, but It can't hurt to consult your physician. Just so you know, they're called bible bumps due to the way most people get rid of them. I had one and the dopctor pulled out one of his medical texts like he was going to look something up and banged it down on my hand. This broke up the calcium deposit that caused it.

It's your blood vessel swollen. Why swellled? maybe because it's clotted. Are you wearing ring? was it too tight? might be cholestrol?
Try traditional massages, In my country, We call it swollen by air, good massage will remove it.

hey mine is at the back of my L hand kinda like along ring finger as well and it moves when I moved my ring finger! I just noticed it right now! did you ever get rid of yours?
