is it possible to lose 6 pounds in three weeks?

i'm scared because my mom said that everyone in her family plumped up and lost it all in a year without do anything except going out to work. it's heterditory. (sorry for the spelling). i'm starting to gain weight and my clothes do not look good on me anymore.

can i still lose weight in three weeks? i have homecoming coming up.. i don't want my dress looking funky! what's the best diet plan?

I CAN'T SLEEP FOR MORE THEN FOUR HOURS. WHEN I WAKE UP SOMETIMES I HAVE THIS VERY MASSIVE HEADACHE. WHEN I SLEEP I SEEM TO STOP BREATHING FOR A FEW SECONDS THEN ALL THE SUDDEN ITS LIKE I'M GASPING FOR AIR. WHEN I WAKE UP MY BODY IS ACHING AND SOAR. IT TAKE ME LIKE TEN MINUTES TO FINALLY GAIN ENERGY TO MOVE OFF MY BED. MY MOTHER RECORDED ME SLEEPING AND SHE SAID IT SOUNDS LIKE I MAY HAVE SLEEP ACNEA. MY SISTER WHO HAPPENS TO BE A RN NURSE STUDENT SAID THE SAME THING.

I am interested in doing the whole "points" thing with weight watchers. I do not have a lot of weight to lose, maybe 5 pounds at most, but i want to maintain a healthy diet and weight. Just a little while ago I noticed some blood on my arm and t-shirt. It wasn't a lot of blood, but after cleaning it up, there was no scratch or wound or anything. I was just wondering if it's possible to bleed through your skin and what this problem is. I've had this happen before, but with only a very very small amount of blood, so I thought nothing of it.

I don't just mean sexual pleasure. As a photographer, I enjoy filming the women in my life. I make sure they look as natural and relaxed as they can before I take a picture. And when the pictures come out, sometimes my subject is so relaxed that she looks like she's entered this oasis of calm and/or pleasure inside herself that only other women know about, and men can never know about.

I have a feeling that whatever this is, either it has something to with women's mental health, or it's just my imagination.
