What happens 2 ur teeth when u wear ur retainer on somedays and somedays not wear it?

your teeth will move slightly, but if you wear it the next day the retainer may be a little tight but your teeth will go right back in place. i do it too haha.

You're teeth shift all the time. To get the maximum benefits from the retainer you need to wear it as recommended by the orthodontist or dentist. If you don't wear it all the time then you run the risk of your teeth shifting and not being straight. This happened to me and I regret it to this day. Now I can't afford to get my teeth fixed and they are really in bad shape. If I could do it over again, I would definately wear the retainer like I should of.

You get yelled at by your orthodontist. They know. They know if your wearing it. Believe me, ...................they know.
