My bra size is a 38D. Is that normal if i just turned 14?

There is no normal. The question is are you average and the answer is no. You are large for your age. If it's not causing you problems don't worry about it. A good Bra is a must to support and keep your back from hurting, so make sure you do that for yourself now.

How proportionate is your body in relation to your bra size? Would you consider yourself skinny or full or over weight?
I think we'll need a visual image when you're of age to fully determine the level of normality of your (great) situation.
