take a clean needle, and poke it, and drain it.

The way I have done it, is sterilize the area of the blister and a needle (or pin) with rubbing alcohol, then pierce the blister right at the base of the blister with the needle. Gently apply pressure to force the fluid out. Keep the skin over the blister. This will keep the air out, and you should not feel any pain. After a few days, the area under the blistered skin will heal, and the dead skin will peel off on it's own.

Steralize the skin around the blister. Take a needle and heat it up, let it cool down a little, then puncture the blister. Using a clean dry cloth drain the fluid using gentle pressure. Wipe the blister clean with a sanitary wipe and cover it to prevent foreign objects from getting inside. Change the dressing every 6-8hrs.
Yup ... almost sounds like i know what i'm talking about ...

Clean it well with hydrogen peroxide and then alcohol, if you can stand the pain. Then wear a
Band Aid or a cotton ball covered with a Band Aid, while you are walking on it. Change the dressing twice a day. Soak it in very warm water with epsom salts for 15 minutes, twice a day also.

Everyone says to "pop it", but you are not supposed to, or bacteria may find its way in and you will get an infection. It will gradually get smaller on its own and dry up! Don't POP IT!

If it is not from wearing tight shoes, buy the most expensive anti-fungal treatment at the drug store like Tinactin or Micatin (the cheap ones don't work) and use it religiously. If it's caused from an infection, popping it will only make it spread, even if you pour peroxide on it, which is also very painful. And if you don't get rid of it, it can spread to your other foot. I got blisters on my feet from a posh hotel shower, of all places, and it took months for them to go away. Like from mid December to April, and I tried everything!

I had one a couple months back. I took a pin and drained it out then put alcohol on it and kept a band aid over it for a couple of days. My blister was on my pinky toe on my right foot. You can't get blood poisoning like that one person said.

it water under the skin basically. get a needle dip it in alcohol and then just stick it in the blister. i would recommend you try to keep the needle as flat to your skin as you can and hit the side of it. best and fastest way to get rid of it. just wrap it real good and wear shoes that breath and wash your feet more during the week till it heals

Don't pop it, for the love of god, leave it BE!!!
if you pop it, you can get blood poisioning, MRSA, strep, all sorts of nasty terrible infections. Just put a cushioning bandage over it, perhaps a little pain-relieving ointment like bacitracin, etc.
