well, i'm gonna tell you to start excercising 5 times a week. Running is the most important in excercising. pace yourself until you build up to more speed. and another important way to lose weight is watching what you eat. make sure you avoid fats and high carb meals. increase your meals per day and make each meal a small meal. try eating 5 to 6 times a day. you will see a big difference. get some good sleep and rest as well. at your age, i would not try any supplements yet but depending on which one, the best fat loss formula out there is hydroxycut hardcore. good luck

I don't know if you drink a lot of soda or not, but soda was shown to increase the average American's weight by 15 pounds a year if they drink soft drinks regularly. When I stopped drinking soda after I read that report, I lost seven pounds within a few weeks. Didn't stave myself or anything, just substituted water for soda.
