No way. Cuts off circulation and besides, it's uncomfortable! You're supposed to where loose clothing while sleeping.

The first thing I do when I get home from work is rip off my bra. I can't stand wearing them. If I ever had to sleep in one, I better be sedated.

It depends whether or not your doctor wants you to. If you are bigger up top then you should if you don't want stretch marks, but if you are little like myself then you don't have too. I prefer to wear a sports bra to bed because they are loose and comfortable.

Your boobs will inevitably sag at some point, anyway. Life is too short to sleep in a bra.....

I don't wear a bra because I'm a guy. But you should go without to allow your breasts to breathe. And if you're not alone, he will enoy it too *wink*.
