You definetly need to go to the doctor to get antibiotice, but in the meantime, drink lots of cranberry juice and I believe there is an over the counter drug available that will give you some relief until you can get to the doctor. I forget what it's called, but I have seen the comercial on TV.

Go to your Doctor and let him perscribe a antibiotic for your infection within a day you won't know you even had an infection, but make sure you take the intire antibiotic prescription because if you don't it may return. If you don't have Medicalcal insurance and it gets really bad go to the hospital, they have to treat you, ask one of the nurses or the person at the front desk about medi-cal to cover it, the forms take about 3 mins to fill out and you get treated. don't let it go to long with out seeing someone or it can become so bad you may need to be hospitalized, and make sure you drink plenty of water.

Besides going to see a doctor you can drink lots of cranberry juice and water. You really need antibiotics though. If you dont have the money or insurance try a free clinic in your area.

Drink cranberry juice until you can get to the doctor. Something in the cranberries helps fight the infection, but you will ultimately need antibiotics.

I had it once and I went to the ER the Dr. said to drink lots of water and he prescibed some medicine and stated if I forgot the name of it all I needed to do is call the local Pharmacy and they would be able to give me the name of it as there is one that can be sold over the counter which works just as good. Sorry I dont have the name of the medication. But try calling the Pharmacy! Good luck!

Well, the obvious answer is to see a doctor to treat it (after determining if it is in fact a UTI).

In the meantime, drink a lot of water and cranberry juice.

You go to the doctor and get antibiotics to treat it, then you keep taking the antibiotics until they run out - even if you feel better. UTIs can be serious - even life-threatening if left untreated.
