i work out daily and i try to eat as much carbs, calories, and protein as i can but i have not changed in months. i am jsut getting taller i want to gain muslce/ fat.

You are still developing. Right now, your body is concentrating on making you as tall as possible. Later, you will start to fill out. All of this just takes time. You are still very young. I know you want to have an adult body all at once (as we all did) but that's not how nature works. One-hundred and thirty-seven is not a bad weight at all for a male your age and that tall already -- in fact, being 5'10" is a very good height for a male your age too. Continue to keep up with the good diet you now have.

One way to gain weight -- for adults at least -- is to increase your calorie intake. Eating dried fruit (concentrated carbs), drinking a glass of real fruit juice with meals, eating lots of pasta, and eating lots of peanut butter or peanuts (if you are not allergic) might help. But then again, you are not an adult quite yet and are developing at a rate that your body assumes is right for you.

Bend your knees, grasp bar firmly with your hands, look straight ahead, and pick up weight with a jerking motion to your chest while quickly standing up. Next, lunge one leg forward while lifting weight straight over your head. That's how you pick up weight. If you want to know how to put on weight, it'll cost you another 10 points.

P.S. If you haven't changed in months, I would consider taking a shower now and putting on some clean clothes.

You will once you stop growing. Then even by smelling food you will gain 5 pounds :) Enjoy while it lasts!
