well i know i have allergies. so this is only when i sneeze. i feel like a shock wave throughout my body.

Because the sneeze is putting a strain on your central nervous system and momentarily stresses all your nerve endings, the same thing happens to me once in a while, not a good feeling, but thank god it only lasts a couple seconds.

Sneezing abrubtly stops your blood flow, and oxygen throughout your body. Your muscles ache from oxygen deprivation, and your chest probably hurts from the contractions and the fact that your heart stops for a beat.

Take some benadryl. It isn't healthy to sneeze too much.

I know that when you sneeze the stimulated nerve endings are the same that get stimulated when a person orgasms. Maybe that is what you are feeling.

I don't know, but the same thing happens to me after several sneezes...deep pain in my bones and joints. I just shrug it off.

But I'll watch the answers for this one :-)
