It is considered low when systolic blood pressure is below 100. You may fell weak, dizzy, have blackouts. Or not - my blood pressure is often 95/65 and I still feel ok. It depends.

you take a blood pressure test at one of those machines at the pharmacy where you sit down and place your hand through the open tube. don't know what they're called but most pharmacies and even some supermarkets such as no frills have them.

YOU'LL EXPERIENCE LIGHTHEADEDNESS SERVERE ENOUGH THAT YOUR VISION MAY BECOME EXTREMELY DIM TO THE POINT THAT YOU FEL LIKE YOU'RE OING TO PASS OUT. LETHERGY, TIREDNESS, AND DEPRESSION MAY ALSO PRESENT.
SEE YOUR G/P ASAP. IN THE MEANTIME, DRINK,DRINK, DRINK WATER. IY TRULY HELPD TO LESSEN THE SEVERITY OF MY SYMPTOMS; I'V EVEN HAD DAYS WHERE THE SYMPTOMS ARE NOT PRESENT AT ALL. MY WORSE DAYS ARE WHEN I'VE LET A FEW DAYS GO BY W/OUT DRINKING ENOUGH WATER.
GOOD LUCK.
