It is considered low when systolic blood pressure is below 100. You may fell weak, dizzy, have blackouts. Or not - my blood pressure is often 95/65 and I still feel ok. It depends.

you take a blood pressure test at one of those machines at the pharmacy where you sit down and place your hand through the open tube. don't know what they're called but most pharmacies and even some supermarkets such as no frills have them.
