Well according to the height-weight chart that is ancient and still used today by many organizations you should be if you are small framed between 111-124 lbs, medium framed 121- 135 or large framed 131 - 147lbs. These measures do not account for lean body mass, muscle mass or % fat specifically. If you are athletic and muscular you may be heavier than what is recommended here. A better way to check how "healthy" you are is to get an overall picture by getting your BMI - Body Mass Index measured, your approximate % fat (use a skinfold caliper) to measure and get a fitness assessment done. Checking your daily caloric intake will also help you to make an overall effort to change your diet and exercise routines as necessary.

105 to 140 my doctor has a chart and I'm the same height too so i know it by heart now

It will tell you if you are over-weight, under, or just perfect!

it depends on your height--im 5ft 2in.--at one point i weighed 115 to 120lbs
