I have a white pus on the back of my throat (on both sides), it is not on my toncils but further in. Also, i have a terrible taste and smell in my mouth. I dont have a sore troat and no other obvious symptoms. I am going to see a doctor soon, and was just wondering if anyone knows what that could be.....

I went to the emergency room where they told me I had strep(I had those same symptoms) a couple days later I had gotten worse and my family doctor diagnosed it as mono. He said that mono actually takes a couple more days to be proven that is is mono, although I forgot his explanation why. just go to the doctor and tell him your symptoms.
