Being that you said you will continue eating normally, a week will not have any significant effect. Now, if you said you were going to hang out at McDs for a week I would be concerned. Don't sweat it.

a week won't make much difference. Just make sure you take your meds/supplements to clear up the anemia. Worst case - you may gaina pound or two, but it's really nothing, and you'll lose it quikly enough when you return to your regular routine.

You have more important things to worry about than that.Like how you got that way in the first place.Slow down and take care of yourself don't obsess over the little things.It's not worth it.

don't worry that's too short of a time frame just do what your doctor says and you will have iron replacement therapy then you will look better feel better then do any physical activity you want, Good luck.
