yes you've been frustrated and sounds like you've been doing a lot of extra things or new things any way you might be going through some kind of change or been taking on extra challenges in your life and you might not even notice it have you started a new job or trying to hard remember when encountering new things relax and do them in stride for we all cant be the best at everything and it does take time to do things and learn new things even when its an added routine what ever it maybe sounds like your really trying hard at something and been over pushing your self just take it easy it will all get done you don't have to be perfect we all already are

It's probably all of the above AND ur hormones going skitz. As they do at ur age. It'll probably pass but meantime u need to find an outlet for ur aggression that doesn't involve pounding some kids head into a brick wall. What r u interested in? Try something that will allow u to tire urself out physically, but still keep u interested n motivated mentally. Don't be too hard on urself- ur more self aware than most 15 yr olds i've ever met.

There may be a lot of reasons why, but I will give a stab at this and give you my thoughts...maybe you will be able to relate, maybe not.
I also started getting really pissed off at about 14 or 15 years old, I am 24 now. Looking back I think it was because of all the changes that were going on, people started treating me differently. I suddenly had to 'fit in' to society's mold. Life was more work and less play and it sucked. I believe that I was getting pissed off because I wanted life to be one way and was finding out it was another. I had big dreams and 'what I am supposed to do' kept getting in the way of them.
I still hold on to those dreams I had as a teen, but at the same time have come to realization that most people in our culture are brain dead and have lost the lust for life. They just work, watch TV and sleep...then die. Don't compromise your dreams, but learn to realize that most people will not understand them and they only want to get something out of you, whether that's for their own benefit or because they think its going to help you (IE your teachers and parents)
I wish you the best of fortune on your journey, it only gets more interesting from here!
Oh yeah and a lot of people will tell you, oh its just your hormones, but I never bought that one. It's just like telling a woman shes going crazy because she's going through PMS!

Your body is going through some crazy changes. Your levels in hormones is changing, and actually, perhaps you have TOO MUCH testosterone for you to handle right now. Get a quick check up from the doc, and mention the anger. It may be normal, it may not.
When you find yourself angry, take a deep breath and ask yourself why you're angry. Movies can suck, school is harder, parents are morons....but what is it you're really angry at?
It happens....we all get stressed. Finding out how to control it now will help you out immensely later in life.
Good luck.

Irritability is a symptom of depression. All the stress could be bringing your mood down. Ask yourself what type of situations you are usually mad during, what sparks it, if you have any underlying problems with yourself, and then tell a doctor or school counselor so you won't stain any relationships or your view of yourself. Good luck.

I have a 16 year old son who was this way a couple of years ago. Extreme anger over little things is a sign of depression. You should go get some help. Good Luck!

it might have something to do with a medication you're on. Ritalin and Concerta have a rare but possible side effect of anger, irritability and violence.
check out your drug facts on mayoclinic.com (just search for your drug!)
