I have a lot of up-and-down sort of attitudes. I've been dealing with it all my life. Sometimes I get down and I don't eat, not because I'm punishing myself, but simply because I'm not hungry. But whenever I come back up, it's like I'm hungry all day, and all I do is binge eat basically. How can I stop this?

I was dating this guy for 3 years and he was my first for everything... i really felt like i could trust him... so we never used anything...now i found out that he cheated on me with about six other girls...and now i think i might have something cuz i dont feel normal but i'm not sure that its just in my head... I know i should get tested but i'm scarred if i come out positive with someting really bad....It's hard cuz i really believed this guy loved me and now i he just left me with a broken heart and possible an std. I really need advice and maybe encouragement cuz i dont feel like i have anyone to talk to cuz i feel ashamed and used. Please Help

can your metabolism start burning fewer calories in as little as 6 days due to a crash diet ? what if you start eating healthy agin and start excersing agin then will you gain the weight back ? If so , then how can you speed up your metabolism again so it goes back to normal ? ( i am active so my metabolism burn 2,100 calories a day , this was before i went on the crash diet 6 days ago .)

Does anyone know what excessive thirst is caused by? In the last 3 days i have drank like 2 1/2 to 3 gallons of tea and water. I have to have a drink every second of the day. If i go without drinking for more than an hour I feel sick. Does anyone know if this is normal, or is it a sign of something? I have been tested for diabetes and it was negitive. Could there be something else?

y do people not like being plus size, i am a size 18 (5'11)and dam proud of it! i see nothing wrong with being big. it is the rest of society that makes it wrong for people to b any larger than a size 6. and it cause of that u have more and more eating problems. be proud of ur curves damit

I have been taking Nyquil for about a year and a half. I started when I quit a terrible hydrocodone addiction 15-17 pills a day for about 2 years. I started on the methadone program but still felt I needed something to sleep. I had no idea that the nyquil was habit forming until it was too late. Now I feel sick if I miss my nightly dose. I want to stop taking it, but i'm not sure the best way.
