She should be able to check herself out "against medical advice". Which takes into account the hospital thinks she should stay, but she would rather go.
Women used to check themselves out of the hospital after childbirth this way, when they used to keep people for several days. (Now hardly anyone does anymore, it is such a short stay allowed by insurance.)

You probably can't! Who put her in there? Is she her own legal guardian?
If she is put in the hospital by herself, then she can let herself out. If she has a guardian or someone has placed her there, she's not getting out until they say she can leave. If she's in there, it's probably for a reason! Let her stay and get the help she needs!

i am not sure of your question but i think i know what you are asking and if your girlfriend is under age, not married to you or if she does not have you appointed you as her guardian your chances are slim to none
