I have a lot of up-and-down sort of attitudes. I've been dealing with it all my life. Sometimes I get down and I don't eat, not because I'm punishing myself, but simply because I'm not hungry. But whenever I come back up, it's like I'm hungry all day, and all I do is binge eat basically. How can I stop this?

I do force myself to eat, because I don't want to get sick, but I end up getting sick anyway. I don't throw up or anything, but I feel sick afterwards.

But that's another problem, I think that's why I get sick. Because I've been working out for the last month or so. I'm working out more, and eating less. I can't help it.
