You actually don't contract genital warts, you contract the virus that causes them which is HPV (Human Papilloma Virus).

HPV can cause several different kinds of warts including genital, hand and feet warts. It can also cause several different kinds of cancer including cervical, penile, anal, head and neck cancer.

HPV is mainly contracted through having sex with someone, whether it be vaginal sex, oral, or anal sex. It can also be contracted by direct skin to skin contact with the infected area (like rubbing genital areas together).

How Is Genital Warts Contracted

Genital warts are caused by the human papillomavirus (HPV) and are USUALLY sexually transmitted. What gets confusing is that there are over 30 types of HPV, some like types 1, 2, and 3 which cause warts on fingers, type 4 which likes the bottom of the feet, and types 6 and 11 which are the genital ones. Several HPV types are linked to cancer risk, like type 35 for cervical cancer. HPV is a hardy virus that can be spread by skin-to-skin contact with another person, sexual activity, or by self-innoculation (from carrying the virus on your fingers to other parts of your body). It can lie dormant in your body, so a person may be infected with it but display no symptoms. It is definitely possible.

Genital warts (or condyloma, or condylomata acuminata) is a highly contagious sexually transmitted infection. Caused by some variants of the Human papillomavirus, typically HPV 6 and HPV 11, it is spread during oral, genital, or anal sex with an infected partner. Genital warts (condylomata acuminata or venereal warts) are the most easily recognised sign of genital HPV infection. Of the multiple strains of genital HPV, strains 6, 11, 30, 42, 43, 44, 45, 51, 52, and 54 can cause genital warts (Gearhart et al, 2004). Most people who acquire those strains never develop warts or any other symptoms. HPV is also responsible for over 90% of all cases of cervical cancer.

Genital warts often occur in clusters and can be very tiny or can spread into large masses in the genital or anal area. In women the warts occur on the outside and inside of the vagina, on the opening (cervix) to the womb (uterus), or around the anus. While genital warts are approximately as prevalent in men, the symptoms of the disease may be less obvious. When present, they usually are seen on the tip of the penis. They also may be found on the shaft of the penis, on the scrotum, or around the anus. Rarely, genital warts also can develop in the mouth or throat of a person who has had oral sex with an infected person.

Moles, warts, and skin labels are normal skin lesions that grow naturally. Even though they are usually low cancerous, they may be humiliating if found on a visible part such as the face. Skin lesions like moles and warts cause self confidence issues to the sufferers. A person with moles normally becomes a loner since they do not want to be noticed in public. They think ashamed to be out in public areas, therefore despair will normally follow but now you can modify all of this with this information from here https://tr.im/SzwNt , Moles, Warts and Skin Tags Removal eBook.
