hoodia supplements do not work... it's actually illegal to import hoodia because the plant is a protect species... so by the time it's taken from the plant in africa and put through all the processing to break it down and put it into pill form, theres really no actual pure hoodia left in the supplement... it is MADE from hoodia, but what's left in the pill has no real benefit.... because the FDA does not regulate diet supplements or vitamin supplements this is perfectly legal. deceitful and unethical but legal.
apple cider 600 doesn't really do anything either.
best bet is proper eating, regular exercise and lots of water.

Hoodia does work and its not ilegal and you can buy it off the internet.. the REAL stuff. apple cider 600 didn't do s h i t for me
