Each morning I weigh 155 lbs. Before bed I weigh 160-165 lbs. I'm really trying to lose weight here, and I feel encouraged when I find that I am five or ten pounds lighter in the morning, but then discouraged and depressed at the end of the day, when I have gained it back. Is this just the amount of food I'm eating that sits in my stomach? Should I be concerned?

100 people are bickering on this blog.

But who is the most crotchety.

And if they had boxing gloves, I wonder who would win?

But that 300 lb woman seems like she can match with the best of them.

Hey. I should tell you. This ain't my blog. I just found it, I don't care how much a woman weighs, as long as I don't have to buy the food or clothing, LOL.

I put this under men's health cuz we need REAL a man's opinion. or at least some body sane.

I LOVE dogs but I am allergic. I have two Yorkshire Terriers, and my sister has two yorkies because they are non-allergenic. They don't shed at all and it's great. But I would like to get a different kind of breed now because I have had my yorkies for about 5 years. Can anyone tell me about breeds that are non-allergenic?

If say someone cut themselves several times bad enough to need stitches, but it was not a suicide attempt, when/ if they go to the hospital, what's the licklyhood they'd get a psyc. evaluation or be sent to a mental ward? Is there a way to explain cuts on the stomach and top of the arm without saying they were self inflicted? Do you have to tell them what happened or can you just say I'd rather not talk about it? Can they tell the difference between self inflicted and accidental? What would happen if you said they were self infilcted? Sorry so many questions just trying to see if someone should even go to the hospital or just try to tape the cuts closed.

My cat accidently scratched me on my lip and on my stomach. I was carrying him and he wanted to get down so started moving around and caught me on the lip...oddly inside and out. I'm not so worried about the scratch on my stomach but I'm scared I might get an infection or something from the lip cut. Any advice would help...THANKS.

I'm trying to decide which class to take at the local gym. I know kickboxing is more cardio and pilates is more strength & flexibility focused, but honestly ANY exercise would be good for me.

Right now I'm too busy to find time for much exercise, hopefully a class will be a good motivator. Please share your experience, positive or negative witheither of these. Thanks.
