Prenatal vitamins can make some women feel nauseated. Take it with a big glass of water and some crackers. If you're just trying to get better hair, nails, and skin, look for a regualr daily woman's viatmin that is closest to what is in the prenatal ones. Or try taking just a biotin supplement, that is good for hair and nails also.

Prenatal vitamins are designed to include the additional vitamins a pregnant woman needs. They will not be bad if you are not pregnant as long as you are only taking the recommended daily dosage. No vitamin will cause a weight gain.

I`m not sure what you mean, it`s a vitamin. Over eating and not exercising will cause you to gain weight. I would be more concerned about the baby`s health. You can lose the weight after the baby is born.
