Me too!! Such pain! I even had it happen during the day.
I try to stretch before bed time to lenghten the muscles, which helps. I also have been getting up a lot at night and urinating which causes lost of potassium and this can cause those night cramps. So I went out and bought a bottle of natural potassium to replace it. Banana's also contain good amounts of potassium. Also massaging the muscles of the legs before going to bed and in the mornings will help.

Eat a banana every day for a couple of days. You need more potassium. It works like a charm.

Also when you get a cramp, raise you r leg up a few feet with out bending it..the pain subsides almost instantly.
