Each morning I weigh 155 lbs. Before bed I weigh 160-165 lbs. I'm really trying to lose weight here, and I feel encouraged when I find that I am five or ten pounds lighter in the morning, but then discouraged and depressed at the end of the day, when I have gained it back. Is this just the amount of food I'm eating that sits in my stomach? Should I be concerned?

No, you shouldn't be concern about it. You should just eat healthy and exercise. It's really hard to lose weight, but if you have the determination to do so. You can do it! :)

I think that your scale may be flawed, because that is too big of a difference that cannot be just food and liquids for the day! That is weird, buy a new one!
