there is no "and or" they are different muscle groups.
Bench flyes with a neutral, incline, decline bench position are best. To take weight off the triceps bring your wrists in forming a V at the top of the lift pointing to your toes. Flyes concentrate on the pecs and have a larger range of motion where bench press works chest triceps and shoulders.
Arms are actually broken up into biceps, triceps, and forearms
best bicep workout is the precher hammer curl builds the nice peaks and the precher pad of the bench takes away any body movement or other assistance. Others are crossbody curls, concentration curls, cable curls, barbell curls.
Triceps best builder is the french curl, skull crushers and kickbacks.
Forearms reverse curls, crossbody curls, and a nice one is dumbell rotations use a light weight though it can tear up your wrist if your not carefull. Take a dumbell support it below the wrist and rotate your fist left to right. Lee Priest put an article on these they're great.
But you need to work more than just your arms and chest even though these are the "show" muscles you should work EVERY muscle group once a week.

Always best to inquire at http://www.fit-dc.com

Push-ups are great because they can be performed anywhere.

For a bigger chest, bench press with free weights is best option. Rule of thumb is, for bigger muscles perform few repetitions with heavy weights (8-10 reps). For tighter leaner muscles, do many reps with lower weights (12-16 reps).

Bench Pressing seems to be the best.

To get bigger the key is Less Reps, more weight. To tone, its les weight more reps.
