No, no... I know how much everything is TOTAL.. but what is the cheese powder nutrition content (alone?) I have low-carb pasta that I'd love to mix with these cheese powder but am not sure how many carbs the actual powder has.

The powder has almost no carbs to it, most if it would come from the powdered milk that is added to it but it is an insignificant amount. If you are doing a low carb diet then you shouldn’t have any trouble using the powdered portion of it but if you are adding it with milk and butter you could run into some trouble if you aren't using a low carb milk or something that is low in carbs.

The cheese powder is probally not the carbs as much as the pasta.The powder has msg and other harmful ingredients.Take the time to make your own Mac & Cheese from a recipe.It is these pre-packaged foods with all their sodium and addictive chemicals like msg that are keeping doctors and oncologist in business.Why do you think all those ramen noodles and mac & cheese are so dirt cheap, its that little packet that comes with it.It's just population control from yours truely Uncle Sam.

When working with something that good who cares. Add a can of tuna (drained) before you add the cheese. Mmmmm good.
