Yes.

I did. It didn't work...

I passed out that night, and had a stroke, then fell down a flight of stairs...

Still live.

This sucks...

Oh well...

There's always tomorrow...

Hang in there. I know that life at times if hard but there are the good times just ahead too to be around for. More people are depressed today in our fast paced world but there are better days ahead of you. If you are seriously thinking of hurting yourself please get counseling. No one will think you are nuts as a lot of people need medication. Depression is a medical condition. Other then that try each day to find things you enjoy or take up new hobbies. Get out and walk each day even if it is a 15 minute walk as it will get your adrenaline going and make you feel better . Also join in some community activities, either school, or the YMCA or Church or something. Get out and around others and make friends Another thing is we need you. There are things that you are going to do in life that are going to make a difference. And suicide hurts so very many people who love you.

Many years ago I did, but not anymore. I found purpose to my life even with all the suffering in life (depression, cancer diagnosis 2 years ago...) I got off my butt and started doing good things for other people. I got involved voluteering to work in areas that I care about and stopped feeling sorry for myself.

So kick yourself off the couch and get out and get involved, in politics, ecology, Habitat for Humanity, Scouting, Big Brothers or Big Sisters. When you help make a difference in someone else's life you will see a difference in your own life.

Of course.

That's really the only good reason for killing yourself, after all: to end the pain that life brings with it. Just about anything else can be accomplished without needing to kill yourself.

Not that i intend on actually killing myself; it is, however, an important question to resolve if you intend on living.

Besides who'd take care of that amazing daughter of mine. Your question does raise some concern in my eyes please tell me your not considering this.

No, I would never do that it is murder and just think of the ones you would leave behind and the PAIN it would cause for them. That is never a good excuse for that to happen. Things often look bad one day and completely change by the next day and many times good comes from bad days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you don't like where you are in life, if you're hurting and alone, if you feel hopeless....find someone to talk to. Suicide is NOT the answer and it affects many more people than you. If you're seriously thinking of it, you should get help.
