how can i have 3 of me in my head? first theres me who is logical, shy, docile (tille some one pisses me off) anda smart a$$. then theres me #2 who is the same only depressed and sad, and wants to cry and no matter what will let people walk all over me. and finaly theres me#3 who is like me #1 on no docile one bit and had the desire to pillage and plunder the whole world (me #1 just wants to do that to the evil people). now other than one being normal one depress and and one overly violent they are all the same. they think the same and for the most part act the same but yet they are differnt. what could it be. they are not differnt enough to be multipul personalities but they are not close enough to the same to be one person. any ideas?

I was taking anit-depressents for a yr. in half now, and I just decided to stop this month, now I don't feel myself and I feel really weird like I have to rely on drugs to make me feel normal agian. I'm also easily frustrated, but I really don't want to take them anymore cuz it feels wrong..Please help!!

I don't need one now, but I've always been afraid to take a blood test. I would like to get one to test my cholesterol, but I don't want a blood test. Everyone says it doesn't really hurt, but I get very weak when I think about it, and I hate the idea of someone sticking a needle in my vein and drawing blood! So, any ideas on what I can do to get over this? And does it really not hurt?

My doctor told me all of my symptoms are classic of low thyroid. But my blood tests all came back normal. I have looked into Wilson's Syndrome and have tested my temp. It is low all the time. I don't know how to find a good doc to help me though? There are no endocrinologists in my town. My family doc dismissed me once the tests were shown as normal. Any advice?

Ever since I can remember, when I am just drifting off to sleep, I have visions that are violent. It is usually me seeing some sort of weapon, knife, machete, gun, saw, that is being punctured or cut into me and then the visions stops and starts over again. I do not see a person, I see a hand holding the weapon. It will continue repeating until I finally say a prayer or go to sleep.
I do not have money for a therapist or otherwise. But I just want to know if others think there is something wrong with me mentally? This happens every night.

I think I have a low immune system, or compremised somehow....?
I am always sick, about 80% of the time. None of my allergy meds work, and
I feel weak alot of the time. How can I get my immune system tested ?

I first noticed a red, blotchy, but not itchy rash on my fingers and hands about a day ago, and since then it's quickly spread all over my body onto my legs (mostly tops of my thighs), arms (especially the backs of my arms), chest a little bit, stomach (mostly the sides), and my feet. ok, i know,.. it is strange. It is my secret fetish/fantasy. my dad disliked those with disabilities,and told me never to hook up with one, so i never did. I have had an upset stomach since late Sunday night. It's not a sour stomach, and it's not heartburn or indigestion. If it was, I wouldn't be on here asking about it. :o)
Anyway, it's that feeling you get when you eat too much, but it hasn't gone away. It almost--but not quite--reaches the point where I feel like I'm going to throw up. The last full meal I ate was Monday night. Since then, I have eaten some all-natural chips, a few potato wedges (apparently the starch can help), but I haven't really eaten anything else. And that's not like me, either.
I don't really have an appetite. I just don't feel hungry. I have tried antacids and pepto, nothing helps. It's not to the point where it's affecting my work, and it's not to the point where I'm going to go to the doctor (I'm an EMT, and I know all the doc will do is give me a roll of rolaids and tell me to come back in a week if I haven't gotten any better), but it's really, really annoying.
Any ideas?

I gave my boyfriend oral sex (both our first time) and now I'm beginning to get worried about HIV. He had never had any sexual activity before, but could his parents have it and not know? ...Am I worrying over nothing? He comes from a good family, and very open- if they knew they'd tell him. We had a not-so-friendly breakup, so I cant talk to him about it. Any thoughts would help.

And what is the HIV test like btw?

I have been married for 28 years, out of those 28 years i would say that first 10 were good, so after that i call it one way traffic, my ex change a lot, she start to treat me & three girls like ****, yelling, cursing at averything, controlling,nothing was good enough, she always had something to grumple about, so having three gilrs, bills to pay (morgage), i stay with her for nother 18 years, (having to pay maintenance for three girls & my bills my income is not big enough to cover all those even that i work seven day roster three shifts full time) so thats the one of the reason that i stay with the family for nother 18 years, first to get my girls trough education, so i left three years a go & i am still having that feeling that we together, i need to know how do i move on with my life cause that together feeling is stopping me. how long does take to get over broken marriage?
