Yeah it is normal at first. I get dizzy when I put my glasses on and forget about going up and down stairs... but after a couple hours it's just fine.

many times when i get new glasses the prescription is stronger than what i had before making it easy to trip or fall especially when going up or down stairs. Did you get bifocals? they are really hard to get adjusted to. good luck.

I have had the problem you describe but I was wearing hidden line bi-focals. After I went to bi-focal with the lines in the lenses the problem went away.

Takes time to get used to them...but after a few days if you still have not adjusted...return to the doctor
