hmm......well I study alot and when I feel sleepy i would either,
1. geta cup of cofee..
2. take a strole around the room..
3. put on some music and sing something...
4. splash some water in ma face
5. make a call and talk with ma gf or chat with someone in da net
6. if nothing works out get abt 5 minutes of sleep.....then trp to keep awake..

Get up and use the rest room, have a drink of cold water. These two things should help some, right? Also, trying to get more good quality sleep time at home should help for the next day, as well.

Try to eat less ( do not starve) and keep on drinking little water (2 tablespoons) every 10 minutes and practice Bhastrika Pranayama ( YOGA) you will get rid of the sleepiness.

Stand up and stretch and go into the bathroom and splash some cold water in your face. If you have a coffee machine in your office drink some. Also on your break go and buy some ginseng and drink it because that will wake you right up. I hope this helped.

Keep chocolate-covered ESPRESSO beans in your office or work area....... Seriously, I eat just 5 of those little beans in the afternoons when I hit a slump - and it perks me right up.
And it is much faster and easier than having to get up and walk around and make a cup of coffee, etc.

I think super cold drinks are better than hot one, regardles of caffeine. It will take a while for the caffeine to affect you anyway.
Call someone. Make a personal call and get a peice of gossip. That wakes me up!
Or pretend it is 1 am and you are answering Yahoo questions...

If you want to skip the coffee, think about increasing your B vitamines and take some CoQ-10. Also, a good diet and regular exercise will help.

Just get out of your seat, get some fresh water, have some spicy food- with Chile, or listen a rock music for one minute. U can also call a friend in telephone and talk to him/her for a minute or two.

first I would suggest getting more sleep at night. Try some energy drinks. There are a number of different kinds out there that are pretty good.

Say "youre not feeling good" to your co-workers while heading for the bathroom, but instead bolt back to your car and snooze for a few more hours.
