If i got a root canal done and still had pain on and off for three years and went back to the dentist saying oh its just infected and he gave me some pills the first year but then it started again on and off for two years and its because he missed part of the root should i be charged for it to be cut open again to remove what he missed ?

As a life long fattie and having lost 3.5st with weight watchers 10 yrs ago. and now 2 years ago I lost 4st in 14 weeks with Lighter life, sure enough the weight is slowly creeping back on. I do not eat because I am hungry but because I like the taste. Diet companies and doctors need to understand that fatties are not appitite driven but TASTE driven.

I enjoy smoking but i really want to quit.. I am looking at starting a family next year and dont want the pressure of quitting when i get pregnant.. My husband is a social smoker and will not get me pregnant untill i quit.. I am very clucky and want a healthy body for bub to grow!! What is the best way to quit??

I haven't been to a doctor yet, but am thinking I probably should soon. I've had some mild episodes lately where I feel literally a "drop" of energy, feel VERY uncomfortable (esp. driving!!), & usually if I haven't eaten enough (ie, 4+ hours), drank too much caffeine or alcohol, etc. I notice I feel better (obviously) if I cut out caffeine & alcohol, but still feel a low sometimes from lack of food, which I usually haven't a problem with before. But I also have bad eating habits, & really need to change this, such as eating big meals & not enough small ones, & the foods I eat (& don't eat enough of)... it looks I can't get away with this anymore. So my questions are can you be hypoglycemic without being a diabetic, or could I be diabetic? I know my grandma was diabetic, so there is some family history. I know the best answer is to see a doctor, but I'm curious as to what kind of doctor, what to tell them about symptoms I've been having, & what to expect. Thanks!

I had a dream that I was commiting suicide with a gun. I was in my old neighborhood. I was in the middle of the road. I put the gun in my mouth, then I changed my mind, and put it on my forhead. when I was getting ready to pull the trigger, I thaught maybe the middle of the road is not a good place to do that, nobody wants to clean my brain parts, so I went to my neighbors yard, where I used to hide when I was a kid. it was a small field with iveys grown on it. I laid down and shot myself in the forhead. I felt I was dieing, blood was comming out of my mouth, then I was not sure if i'm gonna die or not so I shot myself three more times in my head, i dont remember the rest...

I am 25 and I have ectodermal dysplasia. its a condition where a person is born with mouth, skin and hair deformities. luckily I only have a problem with my teeth. Unfortunatly all of my teeth are baby teeth. yep thats right, I have no adult teeth. if I lose my teeth I dont grow permanant ones in thier place. the teeth I have right now are the same ones I had at age 2. does anyone know of any dentists who are looking to use somone as a guinea pig or practice for implants or other elective (but in my case very necesarry) procedures
