First, talk to your dentist. When a patient is unhappy with the dental treatment, it is a good policy to speak with the providing dentist first. If you and your dentist are able to resolve the complaint or problem on their own, you could get what you ask for (free implant, full refund.. etc) If you can’t, the Peer Review process can help. Contact your state dental society. Both parties must agree to submit the case to Peer Review and he has to be a member too. Once your complaint is accepted, your case will be assigned to a mediator in your district. Mediators are dentists who are trained to help dentists and patients resolve disagreements. If mediation is not successful, the District Peer Review Chair will call a hearing to decide on a recommended solution. The patient or the dentist may appeal the recommendation to the State Peer Review Committee. When a case is accepted for a hearing on the state level, the decision of the committee is final.

If he's not a member or refuse the Peer Review process, then you should contact a malpractice attorney specialize in DENTISTRY. Be sure to back up your claim. The success rate is very low! Make sure it's his fault not to fill root canal correctly! Ask another dentist for his opinion.
Hope that helps

go to the iaomt.com website and have your eyes opened about dental practice. You'll be better off even if totally disillusioned. You can then start to protect your health long-term, something that dentists don't worry about. Otherwisde they'd be out of busin ess. Hope you find the right decisions to make and if you are convinced as I now am make sure you make as many people as possible aware of the dangers of conventional dental treatments.
