Yes, it's possible to loose 20Kgs in 2 months BUT it depends on your own self-discipline...

1stly, you need to change your diet...
Cut down or best if cut off the followings;
1. Food containing oil / butter / magarine / ghee & etc...
2. Sodium
3. Dairy products
4. Desserts / tibits / any sort of food containing sugar

Try to eat mainly veggies & fruits the whole day, breaking into 5 small meals each time. I would suggest that you eat a small bowl of salad each meal and drink soya milk. You can also have whole wheat cereals with soya milk. You can take some eggs, chicken breast, steam fish for protein.

If you need to snack, please snack on raw tomatoes / carrots / cucumbers or fruits, BUT snack in small portion and wash down with a glass of plain water.
YOU NEED TO CONTROL YOUR GREEDINESS FOR FOOD.
Most of the time, you are only feeling greedy, NOT HUNGRY. By drinking water, you will be able to fill your stomach's greediness

Running:
For a start, you you go for slow jog for at least 5km a day, continuosly for 3 days, then increase your speed to running 5km EVERYDAY for 2 months.

Swimming:
Swim for at least 10 laps every alternate day for 2 months, using butterfly stroke / freestlye.

Weights:
Do some light weights to increase your bone resistance & tone up your muscles.

I hope to hear from a 20kg lighter you in 2 months time.
All the best to you Nisha, you can do it if you are discipline enough.
Would you not want to put on a short & sexy revealing dress with a pair of stillettos and show off your new figure???

Adieus!

I found this on this website. There are more tips and info. 1. If what you are eating has less than 1 carb, count it as 1 carb just to be sure. 2. Totally avoid caffine at least for the first two weeks on the program. 3. Drink a MINIMUM of 8 glasses of plain water or seltzer daily. 4. Don't weigh yourself more than once a week 5. Take starting measurements as well as weight - sometimes you'll lose inches before pounds 6. Avoid any type of "low carb" sweetener for the first two weeks 7. Don't compare your loss to someone else's - this is a YMMV thing (your milage may vary) 8. Stalls are common around the third week so don't panic 9. If you follow your plan to the T and don't lose, consider Candida as a possibility and avoid vinegar, cheese, mushrooms and any other fermented food 10. Have bloodwork done before starting so you have a comparison 11. Cholesterol can be elevated in the first few weeks til your body adjusts - make sure your doctor knows that you're doing low carb and when you started 12. Don't blame the diet if you don't read your plan book -- blame the diet if you don't read the labels -- Don't blame the diet if you don't follow the diet

Listen: you need to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. The 45 minute thing is not true, but don't over 60 minutes at a time.

Do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.

The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!

Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.

Good luck and stick at it.

Yes. That is possible.
Yes. That is possible. I was once there so I can tell.
Try HARD to DISCIPLINE yourself. This is a major challenge.

Factors to consider:

+ remember that you can!! That is important!
+ increase your metabolism by being active:
- running (cardio)
- cleaning (if you’re bored; also for diverting your attention to depression and other negative stuffs)
- Thinking (read your favorite book, also try self knowledge, motivation books to uplift yourself and be motivated t; in some cases you will forgot and skip a meal).
- Dancing (this is cool! Try to mimic Shakira’s belly dance moves)

+ Food:
- A glass of water or two before meal. Don’t think that there is no changes when you do this one; water can be dissolve easily by the body unlike fats so the changes is working inside out.
- Eat slowly and with pleasure. (Enjoy the taste, the texture, notice all what you can see in the plate. mince the food surely; this will consume time and that’s what’s great!). Note: food dissolves inside our body minimum of 3hrs to 5hrs.
- Stop midnight snack.
- Stop drinking soft drinks; it decreases your metabolism

+ Sleep early:
- Sleep 8-12 hours and you will notice that you are blooming. But don’t sleep after you eat, wait for an hour.

>>>> I will add some info. I’m just going to collect information from my organizers.

It is possible. If you have the confidence and willpower to do that...you can do that...

Follow the following ways ........(not sure...Allah Willing..its possible )

Normal adult human needs 2000 calorie every day.

But even 1200 calorie can also do.

You should know what the calorie content of your food

Reduce the calorie intake to 1000 - 1200 per day

You should shed these calories by walking, jogging, swimming, cycling or by any other exercises.

Drink water whenever you feel thirst..don't overdrink ..

Never eat anything (even if does not count to calorie ) above half of your stomachh. Eat only half stomac. Quarter Stoma ck should be filled with water....the rest of the quarter stoma ck should be empty.

Every morning while empty stomach, mix one or two tea spoon of honey with 1 cup of water and drink.

Never sleep during the day time.

Never be awake during the night.

If possible drink tea ( Lipton's Slim Tea ) ( It is available in all the Gulf Contries)

Never use any other medication for this purpose...every medicine has got its own side effects.

ok i dnt know what chapatis and im not sure about your hormonal imbalance you may need to speak to a doctor for advice on that but im studying nutrition so i know that it is very unhealthy to drop 20kg in 2 months a lil too fast. simply exercise maybe 3 times a week i would adivse against running not good for joints walking actually burns just as much fat as running does. get a trainer at a gym to make u a program and then follow the program yourself. food wise just have fruit, veg, protein, drink lots of water, tea, switch to health carbs such as brown breads, brown pasta, brown rice. u can still have some treats but limit them. eat regularly dnt skip any of the major meals continue to have breakfast lunch and dinner. and also decrease alcohol when trying to loose weight alcohol is your biggest enemy you could exercise all week and have the healthiest diet but once you drink alcohol its all over. good luck

hey nisha... Im sure it is possible to loose 20kgs in only 2mths, however quick weight loss usually means that it is hard to maintain the loss post- diet.
U should consult your gp for a diet that can be specifically designed to suit you and your hormone imbalance.
My advise is to eat a high protein diet which will give you sufficient energy and you need to do atleast 1hr worth of running.. but ease your way into it slowley!! Good luck

Of course you can do it...there is no problem in your diet but you ought to do some exercise and running...also try practising yoga which gives good breathing exercise...goto a nearby dietician who can guide you about the menu you need to follow(they wont ask you to stop your fav dishes of course but add a few nutritious contents in your menu)...you dont have to stress yourself about thinking how to start your running...it can be done in the street were you live or even in a nearby park...just two or 3 rounds a day will reduce your tummy!!
