After many years deficiency of B-12 can cause serious neural disorders, not sure about B-6.

um... seizures aren't caused by a defiency of vitamins, they're caused by a chemical imbalance in the brain or something. At least, the ones I've heard of (and unfortunately had) aren't caused by a vitamin defiency.

I work with special needs kids, this seems slim.....but if the brain doesnt have enough of something, you never know what could happen
