Feel better about urself and enjoy the company of ur peers with whom you are comfortable.Dont ever be alone or put urself down.Remember that "NOTHING CAN MAKE U FEEL INFERIOR WITHOUT UR CONSENT".So dont thinks urself as inferior to anyone.As each and everyone is uique.Celebrate ur life.Celebrate ur succcess and pat urself for ur plusses and improve in areas where u feel u need to improve.LIFE IS CELEBRATION AND INVOLVE AND LOVE URSELF IN THIS CELEBTATION.

The first step you have already made and is successful.

You understand that you have inferiority complex. Most people have inferiority feeling and superiority feeling in varying degrees depending on their circumstances, social status, education, and age.

From experience my opinion is:
1. You are aware that you feel inferior - you have insight, a very good sign.
2. You have stage fright or you are shy; so you feel you have a BIG psychological PROBLEM - you may be wrong.
3. Nervousness, shyness, and anxiety are not to be seen as PROBLEMS, they are natural hurdles a person has to overcome.

SOLUTION TO YOU:
1. Take a paper and write down the ocasions you felt inferior.
2. List down the reasons why you feel you are inferior
3. Look at the first paper and understand why you felt so; were you comparatively poorer, were you less educated, were you younger/junior, were you older/sernior, were you wearing shabby dress, were you suffering from pimples {:)} and so on.
4. Now look at the second paper and think whether you could do something to improve you.
5. You will naturally will feel the REALITY not INFERIORITY OR SUPERIORITY.

Do this on a day, be calm, wear good dress suiting you, look at your own eyes in a mirror, walk upright, and be pleasant; watch yourself for 3 days, you will gain confidence. If you find all these words useless seek professional help.

Did any one diagnosed that you have inferiority complex? Till then you believe you have no problem. If a professional clinical psychiatrist diagnosed you for inferiority complex follow his advise. All "feeling low" are not inferiority complex.

Might be you feel very insecure or very frightened of a given situation...dont think about other competitors when you do a work just think you are gonna give your best!!...also try saying a few words when you look at yourself in the mirror in the morning!!
eg: you are looking great today!!
Its gonna be a good day for me
I can do it and i will prove my capability
Dont think its a joke it really works!! Try attending a personality development course as well it will help you a lot!!

Go talk to a professional. Seriously.

Practice doing what you do best. Once you do it well enough and know that you do it well (whatever it may be), you'll start to feel better about yourself.

Start out small and work towards it.

And no insult intended, but sometimes it's what you think of yourself.

very very very simple!
inferiority complex is when u fell insecure n u feel u dont have sm particular quality!

APPRECIATE URSELVES N THINK ABT THOSE THINGS IN WHICH U R GOOD!
smtimes self pampering is gud too!

always think your plus points.dont compare yourself with others.but try to improve yourself.also by being in the presence of others who are inferior to you.

think urself as the king of the world and do meditation and stop being thinking of urself as a small person. That will halp u. think urself as as other ppl

Don't judge yourself and don't take other people judgement as granted. World doesn't go by your or my way of thinking. Think positively and have patience.
