........and i'd like to take it up again. I've wanted to for years but didn't have the spare time. I'm now in a position to do so. But am I too old? I'd like to compete.. I did the 100 & 200 previously, but always showed talent for the 800. What's the average age for a female athlete? I haven't put on any weight (i'm still in shape). I'm not sure how to choose a good club, as i'm in an area i'm not that familiar with (Cheshire). Any help would be appreciated.

In Feb of "05" I went to the dentist for a cavity and the dentist drilled to deep and exposed the nerve. I was told that I needed a root canal. I had just found out that I was pregnant and wanted to wait till the baby was born to have the procedure. The baby was born in Oct of "05" and now I have been to 3 different dentists stating that I have an abcsess tooth and I need a root canal the problem is they are telling me that it is going to cost like $800.00 and that is with insurance, so far they will not accept a payment plan so I am trying to go through the government medical plan. The pain comes and goes but is excrutiating, tylenol does not work and they won't give pain meds. In the meantime I have been having terrible neck and back pain along with earpain and headaches. Sometimes I get dizzy and feel a little strange, I thought I was coming down with something but now I am wondering if this could be associated with it. Any help would be great. Thank You

I trusted my doctors, so I took diovan 160mg and hydrochlorothiazide 25mg; eight years for high blood pressure. These drugs have harmed my kidneys. I've lost 20% function, stopped the drugs, found a natural product (Hyperexol) that has normalized my high blood pressure.

I'm told kidneys cannot be repaired. I don't believe it! I'm thinking fasting, faith, and prayer, is a good place to start. I remember when doctors said liver and hearts couldn't be repaired; they have been proven wrong.

I am otherwise healthy. I eat organic and take liquid vitamins and liquid minerals each day, plus Hyperexol, and I walk and excercise daily.

My 3 year old got sent home from daycare today with 3 lice eggs - I got told the general location but as hard as I look I cant find them - I have just washed her hair in a natural lice mousse and am about to start combing but if I couldnt even find them in dry hair how do I know if I have got them all or not? iam a 28yr old women married for 5yrs now.i had a friend(male) while in college 6yrs back.v had a romantic relationship.v knew v will not marry each other,yet continued the relationship for 2yrs.then due different paths in life v seperated,but he was avery close friend of mine.then after my marriage i told my husband abt this guy.but dint tell abt my romactic relationship but told he was more than a friend and less than love.my friend used to send greeting card on my bday every year without fail.i used to do the same but v dint have anyother contact.no phone calls or mails.my husband knew abt this. now after so 6yrs i met him online once.he is married with a daughter now.i was so happy to meet him.now i secretly mail him,my husband kows that i met him once online but nothing else.but mine is pure friendship now towards him.but i suspect it more than that for him.now i want to chat with him everyday,mail him secretly,am i unfaithful to my husband???pls suggest what sud i do now!!!!

i was a cross country and track runner for many years. now i am 26 and i have trouble working full days without my knees hurting. i did have problems with my IT bands on both knees, but now it feels like an additional, different pain along with the old pains. are there any supplements or pills i can take to relieve this pain without getting cortisone shots?
