Men on average are many more times stronger than women are....this has been proven time and time again. Weighlifting competitions that are based on strength must be seperated into two classes....men and women. The women competitors can not compete against the men in strength. It is you who might be weaker than your mom and sister...not all men. Sorry, most men's bodies are made differently then womens, bone structure and muscle mass is considerably different. However, some women can be much larger and "heftier' than most other women and in those cases, they can be quite strong as well.

First off, weight will never determine the results of a wrestling match. Strength, endurance, and experence does.
Second, there is nothing that makes females stronger than males, or vise~versa.
The reason you proboly keep losing the wrestling matches is that you expose your weakness. In a wrestling match, you never want to lie on your back, you want to "give them your back". Which means, if you are down, never get on your back, because you will become pinned really easy. You want to stay on your belly, work your way back to your knees, then to your feet, and wrestle your oponent to the ground. But on a side note, I suggest finding a person a little more ruggid than your mother or sister. Wrestle your father or an older brother or another male friend.
Hospitals dont take "We were wrestling around..." as an excuse when your sister or your mom, or any female for that matter, ends up in the hospital with a broken arm or leg due to a male wrestling with them. However, another male on the other hand, they view it as "Boys being boys".

I used to be able to kick my brothers *** when we wrestled when i was younger, and he's 6 yrs older than me. But now he's 23 and he works out a lot, i don't stand a chance anymore. He only has to push me and i go flying. So my advice, work out, do push ups, pull ups, weights whatever.

Maybe it isn't strength. Maybe it's flexibility. And moves do count for a lot in wrestling.
